1. Acceptance of Terms

LarpKit LLC (“LarpKit,” “we,” “us”) operates LarpKit (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the plan fee at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.

4. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time through the billing-management option on your account page, or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. For a subscription in good standing, paid access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it expires unless another valid plan applies.
• Cancellation does not by itself result in a refund. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds, including billing errors and unauthorized transactions, are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Account Sharing and Security

• Accounts are for use by the account holder only. Sharing login credentials or giving others access to your account is not permitted, except where a business or team plan expressly allows additional authorized users.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Unauthorized sharing may lead to suspension or termination under Section 7.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, create a security risk, or for other legitimate reasons. Where appropriate, we will notify you. Suspension or termination does not remove any refunds or remedies to which you are entitled under the Refund Policy or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, LarpKit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and takes effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice, such as by email or a notice in the Service, and obtain your consent where required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
