Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of This Policy

LarpKit LLC operates LarpKit (“the Service”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your privacy choices. Using LarpKit does not mean you consent to advertising tracking where the law requires separate consent.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address and information used to identify your account and keep you signed in. Our authentication provider handles passwords when you create an account or sign in; LarpKit does not keep a separate store of readable passwords.
  • Purchase information: your selected plan, payment and subscription status, access dates, and billing references. Our payment processor collects your payment details; LarpKit does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Support and referral information: information you send us, your referral or affiliate details, and your customer status.
  • Website activity: pages you visit, referral sources, browser and device information, IP address, and activity such as signing up, starting checkout, or purchasing. Cookies and similar tools may provide advertising identifiers. Simulator settings and examples may be saved in your browser; simulated balances are not real financial account data.

3. How We Use Information

  • To manage your account, sign you in, and provide access to your purchases.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send account messages, maintain customer email lists, and respond to support requests.
  • To track referrals and administer our affiliate program.
  • To measure website activity and advertising results, and troubleshoot service problems.

4. Services We Work With

We share information with third parties that help operate LarpKit, handle purchases, and measure referrals and advertising. The information shared depends on the service:

  • Hosting and authentication providers handle account information, sign-ins, and records needed to operate the Service. Providers that deliver website content also receive network information, such as your IP address.
  • Payment processors receive payment details, your email or customer reference, your selected plan, and referral details when applicable. They provide payment and subscription updates so we can manage your access.
  • Email services receive email addresses and message contents to deliver account messages. Contact-list services also receive customer status and plan information.
  • Advertising partners and analytics providers receive website activity and browser, device, and network information to measure visits and advertising results. Our advertising partner, Meta, receives page views, signup and checkout activity, and purchases, including value and currency. It may use cookies and advertising identifiers to associate this activity with a Meta account for advertising purposes.
  • Affiliate tracking services receive referral activity and, where relevant, your email address and account information to attribute referrals and manage affiliate accounts. Paying customers may also be enrolled in our affiliate program.

Advertising-related sharing is not limited to providing the Service and may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws. Your consent and opt-out rights depend on the law that applies to you. Third parties also process information under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, track affiliate referrals, and measure advertising results. Payment and other third-party services may also use cookies on their own pages.

The site currently loads advertising and affiliate tracking without an on-site consent selector or advertising opt-out control. You can block tracking or clear cookies through your browser and manage advertising preferences with the relevant partner. This may affect referral tracking or sign you out. These options do not replace any consent or opt-out controls required by law. You can also contact us about your privacy rights as described below.

6. Data Retention

Account, purchase, referral, and email records are held by LarpKit and the relevant service providers. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or these records. Settings saved in your browser remain until you clear or reset them.

Contact us to request deletion or ask how long particular records are kept. Deletion is subject to applicable legal and accounting requirements and providers’ retention practices; it may not remove every record or backup immediately.

7. Security

We use authentication services and account access checks to protect account and paid-service features. Our payment processor handles payment details. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to receive a copy you can transfer, limit or object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

Send requests to support@larpkit.app. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply. Account deletion requests are handled through support. You can also ask not to receive marketing emails or use an unsubscribe option where provided. Necessary account and billing messages are separate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted on our site, and the “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised.
